As part of his new house our client decided to have a space for his home office but also utilize it for listening to music, watching TV, and viewing movies from his large DVD and Blue-Ray collection. This client loves music and movies. He spends around fifty percent of his time at this home and he has more than 8,000 CDs, more than 3,000 DVDs, and more than 800 Blue-Ray discs.

This was a huge project, with a big family, two sons and three daughters.  The owner is in his mid 40s and wanted everything to be automated including audio, video , curtains, TV`s, lifts, gym, alarm system, CCTV, pool and spa. He wanted to have audio and video en every room but didn`t want to see the satellite receiver or any other source so we decided to centralize everything in the basement. We designed a vertical duct so all wiring is coming from the zone to the rack. Every room is controlled by a touchpanel just as our client wanted and the kids are very happy with their systems as well.

This customer like the good life and wanted to have all the benefits and comfort that a whole house automation system can provide but the problem was that the architect and the wife were not in the same wagon so we had to provide a system that could satisfy both ease of use and also aesthetics so almost everything in the house had to blend with the interior design or be completely out of sight.

Our client Works in the financial business and is an art collector. He is married and has three children.  He loves art, so the most important thing was the lighting system which is integrated with the rest of the controls. It was very important to our client to have several scenes combining lights and sound. We also installed and integrated the alarm system and the HVAC system to complete the job for the art lover.

This family loves technology, they travel all over the world and wanted to have an all automated home.  We explained to them what we do and how it works. They have two kids 18 and 16, and they love to hear music all day.  This control system manages almost everything in the house, including audio distribution, video distribution, CCTV, lighting, drapes, floor heating and the alarm system. Since we finish this job they have been having parties all the time.

This residence needed to be very functional and have multiple scenarios for comfort living as well as entertainment being a young couple with a child on the way, in the near future we needed to provide a flexible system that would provide the client the possibility to, at some point, modify some rooms for the coming children.Young businessman married and a newborn child. Busy lifestyle lots of friends visiting and dinner parties.

In one word SIMPLICITY.
Everything had to be automated with a very modern concept, so the client decided to contract a very qualified modern architect and an interior designer. They wanted to have a main entrance floor and wall with color changing lights, the Master Bedroom has a special design in the Plasma Bracket that turns 340 degrees so they can watch TV from the bed and from a sofa in front of the bed. They didn't want to have visible speakers so we decide to use ceiling speakers and in the main Family Room we used KEF retractile speakers.

This client is very busy during the day and was looking to have comfort when he was at home. He had a brother that already had a automated home so he wanted to have the same thing, but better than his brother.  We met  several times to decide all the equipment  that was involved in the project; explain to him how the new technology works and how we can create different comfort situations so he had nothing to worry about in his apartment.
